Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 4:00PM - Checkout time is 11:00AM. Your Security Deposit will be charged for an extra day if you have not vacated the property by 11:00AM on the date of Check Out.
Payment Policies: At reservation:, 100% Security Deposit, 100% Rental Fees due 30 day prior to rental and 100% State Taxes due. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, personal checks and traveler's checks
Security Deposit: A $5,000 deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This amount, less the cleaning fee, will be returned to you within 30 days after your departure if there is no damage to the property.
Cleaning Fees: A $650 cleaning fee is required in addition to the rental fee, deposit and taxes.
Taxes: Effective July 1, 2010, Hawaii state room and excise taxes of 13.42% of the rental fee are required.
Smoking: There is no smoking allowed.
Pets: There are no pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made both by phone and in writing. For cancellations made more than 90 days prior to check-in, all pre-paid funds will be refunded, less a $100 Cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to check-in will result in a forfeiture of your rent.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance protection is available to cover the amount of the Final Balance (Rent and Taxes) which is subject to forfeiture in the event of a Cancellation for covered reasons. For more information, or to purchase Travel Insurance, click here.
